Our EPS panel is produced by australia technology and equipment. The moulding is carriedout only once. As a fire-resistant panel, this product features light weight, vivid colors, outstanding thermal insulation and low coefficient of thermal conductivity. Its service lift reaches upt o 20 years. The technology makes the entire cabinet is firmly seled. It effictively avoid heat losss as well as instrusion of dust form outside.
This pressure lock can profice all operators with a high level of security. Once the air overpressure occurs in the room, the emergency exit will automatically open.
The floor grills are made of galvanized steel or steel material. It features high durability and decent apperance. The metal grating is available in different sizes. It is applicable for spray booth, pere station, painting line and other industrial euqipment sets.
Our fan is external-rotor type with class insulation. Adopt Simens technology, providing low noise and great air quantity. This fan allows the average air velcocity in the operating area to be approximately 0.3m/s. In this way, the requirement for shaping the paint film can be well guaranteed to increase the utilization rate of paint. Simultaneously, the required air cleanliness can be achieved to secure the health of workers in the operating area. The positive pressure inside the room can effectively prevent dust from seeping in to the operating area. Quality of spray paint is guaranteed.
This system adopt 36 pieces of ceiling nozzles as well as 2 centrifugal fans with the power of 1.5KW/set, for the purpose of drying water-based paint. In addition, it comes with 2 sets of air drying system with the poower of 0.18KW/Set. These two system are seperately controlled.
